Problem! Max is rounding my transform input. HELP

Hi,

 

I have a problem with max. Whenever I input anything in the window, max is rounding it down anything behind the comma.

 

I dont know why this is happenig and how I can fix it. And I am not ready to reinstall max, yet.

 

Please help me,

Try replacing the comma with a decimal point.

customize : preferences : General tab : Spinners : precision .... put in the number of decimal points you want

I tried the things you said, it did not help, so I just reinstalled max.

 

Maybe there was a plugin problem. I do not know.

Some times I have that type of problem with a little different when I put any numerical figure- enter, it increase the value itself. My solution was making a new file then merge all the object from previous project. You can try.

Try making it a whole number then the one you want. Noticed that in the vray render dialog if you want 0.45454545 (the gamma correction thing) then in it will round it up to 0.455 in the render dialog and then after if you type 0.454 it will still round it up to 0.455. However if you put a different whole number in and then 0.454 it will use that value then.

 

Might help if it happens again in the future.
