Not really sure what "the question" is, but generally speaking, you need something for your reflective material to reflect. Most of the more advanced renderers support HDRI's and that would be the best way to get reflections on a scene like this, it would help with the lighting too.

Good Morning,

It's all about specular light. I'm not sure what 3D package you are using but in the materials section you should have a control for specular light.

Also as previously posted you need something in your scene to reflect.

So you either do this by creating a white object to bounce light off of or cheat it with the materials editor. Rather than go in to a long email here I'd advice going to the section on CG architect that has the Tips and Tricks articles and click on "Up Close with Ted Boardman" Ted has several excellent

articles about Materials and lighting that you should look at. Whether or not you use 3DS MAX or VIZ or something thing else the articles would pertain.

Finger prints is what you want to make?

Using an image map for the specular levels and or glossiness are a good start. As Murph said it's all in the specular.

The reflection itself....4 walls somekind of brown opening and a black or non existant cieling is all I see. No HDRI or image based reflection that says-image based to me. Though image based lighting reflections is always a special touch when done right.
