metaball
Hi there. I think you need to think about the overall composition of your image. Currently there is no focus. What do you want to emphasize? If you are showing the develpment as a whole, try to give a bit more focus to one block, and not equally to both. Also, your people and cars, they should add to the overall story of the image. They should have activities that adds to what the building and environment is. Good luck.
Koper
Nice scene, but needs a bit of fine tuning. Try using the rule of thirds for composition, position your camera so that the left building is only 1/3 of the shot and the right building is 2/3. For me the glow effect don't work or is to much. The two colored cars on the right is a bit heavy, either make one of the cars on the left also as colorfull or make then aslo black and white. otherwise, nice modeling oh, and welcome to the forum

Zeilveen
During my last post my pc crashed so im keeping it a little short. Just a few points to see if I can help you improof in any way: - the colours are very flat, maybe use that? - play around with the camera and composition - loose some of the road and focus on the architecture of the building - instead of showing all, show less - you're the artist, picture what the building could like and than get funky I just horsed around with your image: Cheers Ronald

Zeilveen
Thanks Danny, I know you are right about the foreground, it need some fine grass details and perhaps some shadows from the tree. I will do it later for my own portfollio, but this one had to be ready yesterday. Thanks Ronald
reseb
hello! yes the grass is not very well, I don't know how to make a realistic grass. I can't drop shadow from that tree (the sun came from the other side) maybe from another one? my (real) job is just the modeling so I'm new for rendering. But I try!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have many time to do this, just few hours here and few hours there! thank you for your advices. @+ Seb
Nic H
Looking good, allthough it looks a bit 'cold'. Maybe put some orange tint in the suna nd a bluer tint in the shadows?
Koper
Nice work reseb, just one more thing, is the car runing over a red light?
Kurt
Nice improvements made to compositions and details here! Maybe the contrast between street (asphalt) and pavement is a bit to hard, and in this case the asphalt becomes to important in the composition. Not a big issue, and its easy to fix anyway.
