bigroo
Taken from Acad help file (for clarity): To publish multiple layouts in a drawing In the drawing area, click a layout tab that you want to publish. Press and hold the CTRL key, and then click the other layout tabs that you want to publish. Right-click one of the selected layout tabs, and then click Publish Selected Layouts on the shortcut menu. In the Publish dialog box, change any settings for the selected layouts. Click Publish. It works for me, I hope it does for you!
