Charles Gaushell
We just posted the new video trailer that we've been working on. As I have mentioned before, there will be several different videos that are released in the coming months as more features are unveiled and refined. These will include access, amenities and the various unit types broken down into video modules for selected playback. You will need Flash8 to play this video or you can access the windows media version on the same page. http://www.signaturetowernashville.com/virtual.php Regards,

Charles Gaushell
how do u guys do that!!!!!!!!! ...wow man i love the animation and the environment..haven't don't anything in animation yet and watching those kinds of ani makes me so eager to try them out,,,, can u share more on software used... nice work..great lighting effects:) Thanks. Had a pilot shoot the aerials for us. Then spent some time in touching up the sky to add more color. We had to be very careful with camera angles; played a lot with light and color (negative lights too). Tweaked the colors a bit more in the edit. All in all it was about three weeks worth of work by three of us. Several shots were killed as we decided they didn't work quite as well or flow with the final vision. pipjor
Charles, GREAT WORK!!!! Congrats...The aireals are amazing, right up there with hollywood(King Kong)... i don't know if i'm a big fan of the sun/shadow movement in the interiors... the pool waterfalls looked more like ribbons than water... thanks for sharing.. jophus14
That is one of the most amazing architectural animations that I have ever seen. The birdeyes shot were the camera flies over the top of the building looked unreal. Great work.
ShaunDon
"looked unreal" ?? You know in our business this is not a compliment, Joe! This is an extremely well done piece, Charles. I've really enjoyed seeing your firm's skill improve over the length of this project... we too have been working long term on a major residency tower in Providence, RI -- it's enormously gratifying to look at work done 18 months ago for the project start and compare it to where we are now. You should all be extremely proud! Shaun

You should all be extremely proud! Shaun Thanks all. Yeah it is fun watching the projects unfold as well as the team hone skills. The best thing about this one was that the client gave us complete freedom - and to boot - he loves it. It was a lot of fun. There are still things I would like to tweak, but time to move on to the next marketing piece. Look forward to seeing yours.

Charles Gaushell
the glass looked a bit to "wavey".. other than that.. Awesome. the shot from the distance,, the time lapse,, is the time lapse ot the car lights and tail lights... real?? or post FX?? Thanks. Funny you mentioned the glass. On another site, one guy was saying how real he thought it looked with the slight wave - oh well....:-) Time lapse of cars all post fx: we had two photos - one at night and one mid day. Neither actually lined up exactly. With some creative masking and cutting and pasting we were able to get those lined up. The we animated the sky and lighting. The cars were rendered as an animation pass (after we had repainted an empty road). The same on the lights. Edited together to get the look. Thanks! tecton3d
great work! I esp liked the subtle light movement in the interior... I'd say it's subtle enough to just give a little "temporal" feeling to the shot, though the last segment in the bedroom is perhaps a little elongated, but the camera pan through the kitcen is a very rich shot and turned out stunning : ) You guys did a truckload of work to get this done in 3 weeks - congrats Keep us posted about your next phase! p.s. the building looks could be of the "Early and Modern Mordor" style:
