frank1331
I have created a shape ini AutoCad that I am using for a millwork profile. When I loft the shape as an incidence loft to a rectangle, the profile is on the inside of the box not on the outside. I tried flipping it, but getting the same problem. Any ideas

Any ideas after you have created the loft... select it and under the modify tab, you can open the loft options up (under display leave skin turned off) and click on "shape". You then can click on the instance of the shape that was lofted select rotate and rotate it. (you'll probably have to add a "normal" modifier to flip your normals after you do that... Normally in max if you have that problem you just need to draw the source shapes in a different viewport.... but as for importing the shape... couldn't tell ya... ITryMyBest
what i do is go under the loft and select path, then go into spline and reverse it, that usually works
