Mark M
Hello I was wondering if anyone could point me in toward any information, images, cad details ect. of a cabinet bar (if that’s the name) sort of like the illustration below. I know I could just do a knee wall with a counter top and a regular cabinet, but I thought I seen something similar mad direct from cabinet manufactures. Thanks, Mark
William Alexander
No drawings...but; Typically along with the knee wall will be 40" tall cabinets- Wall 12" deep. Some manufactuers have pantry like cabinets that are 8-9" inches deep that can be used. The 12" wall cabinets are very common... the knee wall very often serves as a place for plumbing and electical. Staight cabinets and the reqiored electric can be quite bothersome running just inside the cabinets. Will never say never just doesn't happen very often, unless it's a set from a cutom cabinet maker. Well then there is the cabinet front option too. Just the frames and doors...still need a knee wall to support the counter top. Or 1/4 prefinished plywood-skin from the manufactuer applied to the knee wall and even doors attached to the skins......goes on and on.
