jsf
Open your alpha image in Photoshop (the black white image that clips out everything outside of your people). In Photoshop use the Magic Wand tool to select the inside (white area) Go to the pulldown menu chose Select, then Modify, then Border. Choose a pixel dimension that is at least double the width, in pixels, of the white outline in your scene. Click OK. Again using the pulldown menu, select Edit, then Fill, use the foreground color which should be set to Black, then click OK. And you are done. Replace the orginal alpha channel image with this one and re-render your scene. Note: you should work from a copy of your original alpha map just to be safe, and keep the original unmodified. jsf
Just remembered. CADTutor.net should have been credited for the alpha map image in the last post.

William Alexander
Material in material editor>any applied map>output roll out...check enable 'Color' Map. Adjust the nodes, left black right white up/down for a levels type adjustment or add points for a curves like adjustment similar to PSD and any other compositing application WDA
