Ok - you can do this easily.

 

To make the bevel shape you can simply make a spline which is the profile of the bevel.

 

You can then make a rectangular spline or whatever the shape of your mirror is and do > bevel profile. you pick the path which is the rectangle or spline to suit the shape of your mirror then you pick the profile shape.

 

Bevel profile will handle the rest. If you get any wierd results... play with the settings for the gizmo which controls which way the profile is bevelled around your path.

 

As for the map !! EASY make your diffuse black and make your reflection set to 100%. Done. If you want to take the realism a step further you need to model in the glass infront of the reflective plane. You can then simulate the glass over the mirror.

 

For me unless its a close up you dont need the glass over the mirror.
