blade911 Posted July 23, 2006 Share Posted July 23, 2006 hi everyone.. jus a housing project im workin on here in the middle east. muscat, oman to be precise.. basically the whole thin was modelled in cad. n as u can see there are some kinda deforms in the kerb area. this was cus i used boolean on cad objects which i know is not recommended. hope someone cud tell me an easy way to fix somethin like this plus on the image as a whole. i generally wanted to give a conceptual look to the images so didnt do much detailin but i know ive a long way to go... im relativerly new to max so i wud appreciate all ur c&c.. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are some things you may want to change: - UVW mapping scale of the brick is kinda big - Trees look very flat, either switch with 3D leaves version or use texture - maybe use a skydome or layer background the sky looks a bit hard blue to me - shadows could be a little less dark Keep posting and you will improof quickly!
