pradipta
I was making a previx render using the Make Preview... command in 3ds max. It helps to get the overall camera motion approved by client. Sometime the camera does not move very smoothly and the previz ends up having slight jerks in the animation. i tried to do lots of tweaking in the setting but nothing helped. Is there any solution of having a smooth previz render using this method? Or is there any other methods of doing it...
William Alexander
PreViz of cameras and general forms really works best just doing simple lighting/texture & form models...so they render real fast at the desired resolution. Camera movement should always be verified at full resolution....maybe not to the client for approaval but to make sure there are no jerky movements. What you see at half res and during application play back is not always the way it looks at full res WDA
pradipta
Thanks WDA for your reply. Yes, camera motion is very important and takes so long to tweak in an animation. My scene is pretty heavy and giving jerks even though there is not lightning and textures. I have to work more on it now... Thanks again
