I have a problem of creating a volume fog with the light in vray. so please help about hoe to get the volume fog in vray.

If I remember right, to do it with vray you need to set you set the shadows of the light that has the volume to shadow map.

This is correct, you need shadow maps to get volume fog, so you can create a light that does not illuminate the scene and only does the fog, and use other lights for the lighting. This way you can do it directly in vray, no comp (like in the evermotion tut). The problem with this though, is that the fog gets accounted for in the GI calculation, which can give unexpected results, so you're better of doing the volume light as a sperate pass.
