mahorela
really nice stuff as always, forgive me if this is common knowledge or if through looking at the images it is painfully obvious but what software do you guys use? max and vray?, c4d? How many artists typically work on a project? again top work, will be adding your site to my list of inspirational work.
Neoscape Critic
Thank you everyone for your lovely responses to our latest work. As for software we primarily use 3d studio max and vray. As for your project team question-- for large projects (like our latest films South Bridge, OBBP etc.) we would have a creative director, producer, a few artists, and an editor. Of course every project is different! Don't forget to look for us at Siggraph for those of you are who will attending!
Trevor Tizard
Beautiful work.................! Would you mind letting me know what you use for trees/plants etc. looks like some very smart photoshop work! Thank you.
Neoscape Critic
As for trees/plants. We either photoshop/paint them up or use 3D trees and make vray proxies.
MFRW
Excellent work, with great balance between professional and artistic. I have a question: what roll fulfills form.Z in your toolbox? Best, Marcelo
Neoscape Critic
A few Neoscape artists use Form Z for modeling but that is really it.
