salbright
Hey all, I just found this forum the other day and have already found some great info. Thanks. Here is an interior I'm working on. Overall, what do you think? I think I already have most of the minor problems fixed (like the burned-out sun and light shining on the living room floor). My problem is those pesky cabinets. What the heck is wrong with those doors?!? I copied the cabinet door to the right to make them. I've deleted the material from the object and remapped it, all of the lights are set to illuminate those cabinets, and the doors themselves are set to be illuminated. Is there something else I'm missing? I'm using Viz2007, and I'm using the scanline renderer with radiosity.
arquiteck09
maybe it is a "normals" problem or try put a UV mapp modifier. If it is a normals problem put on it a normal modifier and flip the normals. You can use a camera correction modifier as well, some walls look very inclined.
werre
I would also add a camera correction modifier to your camera to straighten your vertical lines. Good start though.
