Thiago de Andrade
It looks good, although the foreground is catching my eyes and becoming the main focal point.

RyanSpaulding
GREAT work. That grass map is amazing (share? . I love the autos. The merging of the mountain and building is great.
Buffalo Bills
I really like the feel of it. I think it could be a little brighter though especially emphasized on the building. The foreground does take away from the building but not too bad. I think it you brighten the building up it should help bringing the attention back on to the building. otherwise great job! skala67
Thank you all for your comments. I have attached the grass map. It is good for close ups with a subtle bump attached. JOSEPH: The cars are from the dosch design libraries. http://www.doschdesign.com I have been extremely happy with them. they have different poly counts for close up and far cars and enough different libraries to make a good looking parking lot or busy street. The people of course are from http://www.axyz-design.com and yes... RAY: old guys need love too. haha (perv for noticing) NOOXY: I have been following your threads for some time as we are a few of the C4D users that regularly post to the forum. I like your work. The lighting setup is just a distant omni light with area shadows, and HDRI sky environment, and GI The sun positioned at 90 degrees from the camera to give depth of shadows. If you have any more questions drop me a line. I have been working on developing compositions that include heavy foreground and everyday entourage to draw the viewer into the image. The client wanted a far shot, and it would look very bare if there were not layers of detail between the foreground the subject and the background. I have been working with 3-d trees (xfrog and high poly counts) to get the correct depth and shadows...It isnt everyones cup o' tea, but has been a successful experiment so far and the clients have been pleased. Thank you all again, and I will be posting the second pic from this job soon. cheers,
Brian Cassil
I like the image. There is some nice context in there with all the cars, plants, people, and other scenery. I agree that the building doesn't have quite enough pizzaz to draw the necessary attention as the focal point. Perhaps some more transperancy in the glass would help with some lighting inside or some focused spot lights on the building. Also, the sky doesn't quite match the mountains.
