Ray
It's been awhile since I had to do this, but how do I apply the 'ease in' and 'ease out' to my camera's animation? (viz 2006)
JamesTaylor
one way would be to adjust the curves in the curve editor, it should be quite simple as its your basic x&y graph where x represents time and y represents an attribute of the object eg. xyz position of rotation. however, i always seem to find it somewhat annoying to use..... perhaps i'm slightly off the mark and in fact there is an easier method of achieving what you want using the dope sheet..?? i've only dabbled with these really but i'm sure its going to be one of the two, hopefully someone can enlighten me too!! i think there is a slight ease in and out applied by default when you animate your camera by automatic keys and dragging its location etc.
Ray
Yeah, maybe things have changed over the last couple of versions, but I thought I remembered something like right clicking on a key and selecting a curve that you could apply--but I don't think it was in the curve editor or dope sheet. JamesTaylor
yeah just tested it,if you right click on a key in the time bar at the bottom of the screen (can't remember its proper title!) you get the keyed attributes at the tope of the pop up dialog box - select one and you'll get another pop up, i think that is what you mean. Ray
I think that's it, but I still can't get it to do what I want. Thanks for finding it.
