imgumbydammit
Someone on another BB I frequent was asking about standard heights for things architectural...seat heights..window sills....faucets..table surfaces ... etc...and I was going to reference the codes...maybe create a simple drawing with all standard heights shown since just scanning and posting pages would probably be a copywright violation.I thought that I could find something simple online that I could just point him to..with no success Does such a thing exist and can anyone provide a link ?? dazbronco
Architectural Graphics Standards -Is the Gold Standard for the industry. But you probably won't find a Walkman let alone an Ipod on its pages.
imgumbydammit
Walkman ?? I-Pod ??? I was looking for an online reference to share with the poster on the other BB...Not scan pages from a book ..I have copies of the ADA and ICC codes that I could do that from and could borrow a copy of an architects reference from one of the architects/engineers at work if needed ....but again..copywright infringement would be a problem.. Thanks for the help IGD
mskin
i do think ADA has some publications on line. Obviously its not the only source for mounting heights, reaches etc... and often conflicts with ansi, but i think there are some free resources on line concerning it. otherwise you should purchase ANSI A117, the version per your states adopted code.
