Dome of the Rock

More contrast

Make the wall around the center area darker so the arched opening are more clear, the bright will draw the viewer in.

Can you put a darker background behind the dome?

The section cuts need to be much more graphic, probably black but certainly without that texture, it just confuses the image. And if you're cutting through windows (which it appears you are) you should show that in the section cut. Fix the section where the roof turns from gold to blue tile so that the return from the structural bump-out is 90 deg. The way it looks now is distracting and harsh.

Would there be an entrance along the wall at the lower right? It would be great to see the section cut break and the plan shape of some posts there.

Otherwise, it looks great!

Thanks for the comments Ernest. I am trying to get what "they" want for the section cut material and I don't think I have it. I was told to put "construction materials" there as I originally had it black. This creates a problem with rendering this as I have another half not visable to camera to create the interior lighting. So I am comping in the section cut and I am not too sure what it should be.

I got most of the details from books there are reference books that have great illustrations and pictures. I didn't want there to be any issues with copyrights on the photos so I painted each texture by hand.

I took Sufism in college so I have a bit of history of Islam (I have forgotten most of the history but I went to some great zikirs and I got to be a part of the wonderful NY Sufi scene for a few months) but in reality this was just a contract that I was lucky enough to do.
