Thiago de Andrade
I don't know what you were aiming there, but the house seems a little abandoned. The mood created by the lights and the texturing does it, IMHO.
shahrokh
it's architecture just reminds me of 2nd mouvement of beethoven's 3rd symphony.
arquiteck09
i´m agree with Thiago, the house seems even old, but the effect is great, i mean if this is your intention, the result is great.
Paul Griger
it's architecture just reminds me of 2nd mouvement of beethoven's 3rd symphony. LOL, great to be mentioned in the same breath as Beethoven, even if it is a piece typically used for funeral processions and other somber occasions. I think everyone actually picked up on the feeling I was going for to this point. A dark, eerie mood. I was looking to break that up with a narrative of human and other living elements. The story I am shooting for is that of an isolated home on the edge of a sea that just weathered a mild storm. A father and his young son just coming home from fishing in a little row boat that will be tied to the dock. The father will look fatigued as he makes his way up the steps, but leading the way across the lawn would be a young boy ignorant of the danger that they just escaped. He would be holding up a stringer of pan fish in his raised hand to show his worried mother who will be on the upper balcony. I wanted to introduce shafts of light that would hit the boy and also capture some seagulls in mid-flight in the same line of light. Now I just have to finish it. BTW, this is a personal project based on a proposal for a real client where the project was given the green light by a building board, but then budget restrictions prevented it from ever happening.
