I am trying to make the floor of a handball cort, so how do I apply both wood and cort lines?

Which application are you using?? You could make a blend map from photoshop or use simple geometry and apply a material. But then again it depends on the application you are using.

easiest way would be to model the court lines and give them the different material, as brian mentioned

I would probably make the texture in photoshop. That would be the least time consuming way to do it and it would be easy to change and update.

or model the lines as geometry in your floor, then apply a different material id to the lines.
