Flattening the texture baker for export

Does anyone know how to flatten the UVW and Material on a texture baked object? Ideally, I would like to render out a complete map, or lighting map out of the textre baker and convenrt it to a light material in VRAY, or a standard material with just diffuse and self-illumination.

 

every attempt made thus far does not retain proper mapping coordinates for the object and the maps just looked tiled across the geometry.
