MR distributed render - flickering surfaces

When rendering an animation with mentalray (GI and FG on) everything is fine as long as I use single machine, but every time I try to render it over a network surfaces start to flicker. It seems to have something to do with the final gather - because the frames aren't rendered in perfectly ascending order (some of the computers are slower), the lighter/darker places in the scene are slightly displaced compared to previous frame. When playing the movie it gives an overall impression of 'shaking' surfaces. Anybody went through this already?
