Boing Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Hi guys i need some advice fast i'm doing a render for a client needed in a couple of hours and this is what i'm getting, is there any way of getting rid of these coloured spots? lecameleon Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Well, what are you using? Irradiance map, QMC? Let me know the settings.. One suggestion... lower the color threshold values.. raise the GI samples, avoid using max materiels.. EDIT: Are you using raytrace as mats.. or using a max mat with high specular values? Other suggestion: do you need UVW maps on anything.. try rendering with scanline renderer.. and see if it gives you any hinty about mapping..
