where can I get/purchase light libraries for Max?

...like the one that came with Lightscape where all you had to do was select a fixture and place it in your scene - the geometry and light and ies data were already attached so all you have to do is adjust whatever settings.....

 

does this exist for Max or do you have to put it all together yourself.....
