What makes you good at your job?

I really dont want anyone to fell like they are bragging, rather just to state what you do and what knowledge or skills have you aquired that enables you to complete tasks above par. In addition, how/where were you able to aquire that knowledge and/or skill(s)?

 

I have recently received a BLS (liberal studies "computer science and graphic design") and plan on the 3.5yr M.Arch program. In this post I am just trying to find out what all is out there and what I will need to do to get there.
