chaosgroup not answering emails?

Is it just me or are chaosgroup just appalling at answering e mails.

 

I have mailed them two days ago at the contact@chaosgroup.com address, and I have heard squat.

 

If they have policyof a three day turn around .....it's rediculas this day and age.

Yeah its happened to me before, think its due to there anti-spam software...

You could try PM'ing Vlado or go on the Chaos forum and post on there.

well see I would only you can't post , and yes i have a legit licence, but that's what I am tring to get from them , permission to post on the forum, and chaosquid.

when i sent my request to getting posting permissions on chao's forums, it took em three maybe four days to get back to me. I'm not saying it's ok, just letting you know about how long it took.

same here....patience. took even longer when i PM'd one of the moderators about the same issue. but once you get it you'll forget all about the wait time!

Usually a PM on their site can do..

 

As well, you can always use the phone, and ask whats is happening...

As dynaman said, once you'll get what you want, you'll forget about the delai..

 

also keep in mind that some other software provider have a way worst customer support.. ( oops, did I said that out loud, shame on me...)
