how can replace instance objects with vray proxy

I have already 500 instace objects in the scene ,each objet has own direction and scale. now i want to replace all instance objects with one Vray proxy. how can do that?!

Use the object replacer script from http://www.scriptspot.com.

 

It's a lifesaver. It will replace based on the pivot point and it can place the new object to match the scale and rotation.
