mooney102
I am looking to create an animated smooth interior waterwall. I have been messing around with materials and particle systems(snow mainly) in max 8 and vray 1.5. Canoot seem to produce anything worth while. Any links or tutorials would be helpfull. thanks
Sergio
Hello mooney102, I was for sometime thinking the same thing, some time ago I have seen this http://store.got3d.com/products/10-animated-water-textures/index.html have look sounds like a good idea, substitute for geometry. Hope if it helps. Regards Srdjan
lecameleon
http://www.3dkingdom.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=521 Hope this helps.. EDIT: and if you need it to be hyperrealistic (the physics I mean).. get ready to invest in RealFlow or something similar (Flowline isnt commercial yet, but Glu3D is another substitute for fluid sim in Max)...
