Anybody Knows Server Render Softwere For 3dmax8 ???

I use my computer to render imagies and now I have acces to a huge server connected to my network that I can use for renders. Please can any one help me to find a softwere that allows me to make renders through server outside of my computer or any other way to use the server. Please any feedback would be helpful.

Kris, you only need to post your question once (in this case the 3dmax forum is the most suitable one in my opion) not across various boards.

 

3dsmax has its own software that allows you to do what i think your enquiring about, its called backburner and ships with your copy of Max... if you look it up in the help file you will find info about installing and using it.

But backburner won't let you 'break up' a sinlge rendering or animation to multiple computers, right? You would have to use distributed rendering.

Max has on option called "split scan lines" that will split a single image across multiple machines using backburner.
