Error reading HDRI rgbe data

We have come across the above error, when net rendering.

 

The file will render and upon completion comes up with the above error and will therefore not save the file.

 

Anybody had any similar experience of this ?

 

We use Viz 2007 and vray 1.5

how about testing wether it'll save when rendered locally on a machine, seems somewhat strange that it renders completely and then throws up an error?

 

also does the scene us a HDRI map for illumination? may be try another map if so??

Turned our the file was corrupted during a viz crash.
