P Zero
I was wondering if anyone knew whether a scene with speedtree trees would be supported by a rendering service such as rendercore? ie; do all render nodes need to have the speedtree software installed or can a scene be rendered without the need for the plugin? lxgrunger
you need to have the plugin installed on the renderfarm in order to render the scene.
abielmuren
you need to install speedtree in each node, textures from trees too, I don't know if library too, cause tree information seems to be stored with max file. other point to consider is, if your render engine suports speedtree, if you are using vray with it, i recomend to you to apply a 2side material to the leafs, it looks cool!¨with lights
