FlytE
Im rendering an animation and having a strange error occur when saving out. Im saving individual frames as exr format to preserve the colour correction in the frame buffer. When rendering on screen the frames look fine, but when the saved frames are then opened in photoshop, i get strange white pixellations across them. 2 facts I know are that it occurs at places of overlapping geometry, and that the pixellation also seems to be treated like alpha channel (even though all alpha channel settings are unchecked in the exr setup) Since starting this post ive also realised its doing it as tga as well, but not as jpg... any ideas? FlytE
ok rendering out as a 32 bit tiff seeems to be a suitable workaround. I dont know if there is a problem saving with exr format in version 1.46 but so far that seems to be the likeliest reason.
