Backburner management

Is there a way to control access to backburner, I have a situation where I need to be able to lock out certain users from submitting jobs, is this something that I can do? If not is there a third party software that can do the job?

There is nothing inside backburner to allow this per say, at least that I am aware of. Backburner is a pretty basic program.

 

You'd probably have to do it through windows or another firewall and controll who is allowed to access the render manager.

 

Also, you can just monitor the queue and if these persons are starting to submit jobs you can just delete them.

 

Try the max forums for backburner and maybe there may be another, better way.
