RPC jitter

what does RPC jitter do?

 

does it always calculate all RPC objects every frame and then render?

 

my animation with cars and trees looks bad, on some frames cars and trees disappear or look bad, how can I fix it?

 

Is it jitter, eye level viewing, or optimize?

I turn jitter off on ppl and cars because say you have a person and you do a 360 around them, with jitter on you will always see the front of them but with it off you see the back sides etc like you should.

on trees its not so bad and sometimes can make things look better with jitter on

 

Unless im getting mixed up with billboard lol
