How to create this curvy wall?

I am trying to figure the best way to create this curvy low parapet wall.

(see attached). Can anyone out there advise me?

i would draw a spline , extrude it regularly and then draw these arcs in elevation and try booleaning,,

ya i was thinking if there is a cleaner way to do it, like maybe using a sweep modifier, or loft where i can still manipulate the curve.

Have you tried creating your spline, extruding it and then using the shell modifier? If you have the curve already in a dwg file, just open it in max.

 

ETA, I see where the top of the wall is scalloped.

If your shape is a wall that conforms to a path and scallops at the top I would try a path deform mod.

Increase the interpolation samples of the Spline before Extrude then convert to editable poly and move vertcies in Z direction to make this wave higt
