mdbassett
Hi, Attached image for C&C. Created using Cinema & Photoshop. It was a quick evenings work for a competition entry so some parts are just fudged as design was not complete. Just wondering what people in the audience might think and any ideas how I might improve the image. M.
NOOXY
moeddling and lighting is not bad but the building seems like ghost image in the scene..think it's due to the texture of all that glass and it seems out of place in that environment ( i.e. the other buildings i assume surround it..but non the less..nice work seeing that time was a fctor. JamesTaylor
i think you've done a good job, i presume the image is purely to illustrate your architectural ideas / proposals for the site and be a support to your initial tender docs etc as opposed to being photoreal visualisation. its been a while since i've worked on anything like that but it can be enjoyable to work on concept schemes and get away from nit-picking clients!! mdbassett
Thanks folks, Yep it was purely concept. I was handed a sketch axonometric as to how the floors might work but given no elevations "make it all glass" was the only guide to the elevations and the relationship to the street. M. alfienoakes
Conceptually, it is fine, as its not trying to be a "photo realistic" montage.. I think concpetual images really need to be just that. If they become to complex, they can just look like a bad montage.. And to try and accurately match the existing images lighting / weather conditions would be tricky.. Andy
