Brolloks
HI I normally don't have issues with backburner but the setup has changed and no I have an issue. Viz2007 is running on a workstation with a network license. I have 2 other pc's running as render slaves also with Viz2007 installed but no serial or network license since they won't be used as workstations. Backburner has been updated to 3.0.2 on all pc's In the Backburner monitor the two slaves show up with an IP address of 255.255.255.255 which is not what the pc spits out when queried via ipconfig. The network is set up around 192.168.0.xxx This does not seem to bother backburner as I can submit jobs and they will render. The problem comes in with Vray's distributed rendering as it cannot resolve the IP address.... Any pointers?

squeakybadger
and a screenshot All the backburner server's we have show up as 255.255.255.255 in the monitor, and they seem to work properly. When you are setting up distributed rendering, are you adding servers by computer name or ip address?
