Retraction: Recent Press Release from Akiragrid

It has come to our attention that the press release we posted yesterday from the company called Akiragrid where they stated a program/service in partnership with Next Limit was false. They have not consulted Next Limit nor have they any formal agreement with Next Limit for the services they were advertising. As a result of this discrepancy, we have pulled the press release from our site and ask users to exercise diligence dealing with this company.

 

We are not commenting on the company's reputation or quality of services they may or may not provide, but simply that the press release issued was at least in part false. More specifically the comment: "In association with Next Limit Technologies, makers of the critically..." of which we have confirmed with Next Limit to be false.

We do have a formalized agreement to sell Maxwell Render software. The miscommunication is an agreement with a render farm, which they are working on one now. We do not have a render farm agreement, we did not assume we need such a second agreement: as that we were unaware they had one or were working on one. Again, we did send this to them a week in advance and were given no red flags. We have since spoken with them and believe things have been reconciled, we apologies for the miscommunication.

 

However we do not feel that it is just that we be black marked indefinitely, and or our service run through the mud due to this confusion.

Dear Eric,

 

As we told you by phone this afternoon, we never provide you the rights to take actions like that senseless announcement, you was wrong doing that.

 

We'll see on the near future (as we told you this afternoon) the different interesting opportunities we can do and achieve together, but with this point, we want to clarify and be clear with it here and finish it.

 

We have good plans and you are inside, we'll do properly
