Problem with DreamScape

I am using dreamscape sky for the background of scene in an architectural animation.

There are also some clouds and a sun.

The problem is, when I render an animation, the whole sky flickers very fast.

To me it seems like the sky turn a little darker or blacky every other frame.

Each frame is no problem, but as a sequence, the sky flickers.

I am using 3dsmax 8 with Vray render.

The resolution of the animation is 720*480(NTSC-DV) and it’s compressed with DV encoder.
