HAIDORY
hello there, a kind of stupid question, I have not used Vray before, but thinking of doing that. I heard that its not so stable vs. other render motors. is that true?

Trevor Tizard
Hi, I don't know where you heard that. I've been using Vray for quite a while and have had no stability issues with it. In fact from what I've seen from other render engines I would highly recommend Vray.
ipxstudios
I'll second that. I am a Vray user for three years now and have never had stability problems. Runs great and faster than others.

abielmuren
Hi!! I like so much vray, in fact is so easy to setup an scene using it, the 1.5 has a very good materials additions, like vray2side material that allows you to do translucent surfaces, like papers, leaf, cloths, with a single parameter, more easy to setup and faster to render. You need to try it, you are going to love it. Some times vray seems to have problems, but in the most of the case is cause the scene is not properly setup, you need only change a few thing and voila, you should have a nice results. Vray is so stable, I've never had problems due to instability of software, only my mistakes, hehehehe. Have fun with vray! Ahh sorry, my english is not very well, hehe have a nice day!
