Jeff Mottle
Hey jucaro, Look s liek you are off to a great start. Here are some things I'd look at modifying: 1. Try to desaturate your textures a bit so that they do not bleed so much into the environment and the ceiling. I sometimes find that processing to only 70-85 % is enought to get good radiosity without too much bleeding. Of course if you are doing lighting analysis this is not an option. 2. It looks like you have raised wall paneling represented by a bitmap. While it may work well for the back walls, it fall apart on the walls on each side. 3. If you can try to increase the segmentation on your tabletop and the sofa arms. 4. Are the lines on the top crown moulding supposed to be there? I ask because this is a possible Lightscape raytrace problem. Might be a tiling issue too. Keep posting your progress, we'd love to see it progress. Ricardo Eloy
Can't see your image. All I get is a "remote linking forbidden" message in place of the picture...
PI
hi pare! aside from what jeff commented, i think the wall panelling should be properly aligned with the wall openings. the vertical lines should end properly or should be evenly spaced.
