pradipta
Landscaping using PS is one of most important part of doing 3d arch viz. And it's also the most boring part for me. Since, I do not find the proper resource and methds to beautify a render as it should appear on the marketing brocures. I wnt to know you all do accomplish this part. What types of resouces you use and where did you buy them? I would be grateful to see some informative reply. Thanks a lot in advance,
P.R.S. Sivakumar .
Hello Pradipta It is possible to use RPC trees with the Photoshop plug-in. You can also photograph plants and trees. And with photoshop you can create opacity maps and then use use it in your rendering as cut-outs. There are plenty of photoshop tutorials on this subject. At the moment I do not have the link. You can search in CG Society web site - photoshop forums. Hope this information helps you With regards PRSS
goodonline
Pradipta, There are several sites where you can purchase vegetation pre-masked. One good source is the www.digitalnursery.net I personally use these trees and still paint my ground covers in PS. Another concept is using a 3rd party renderer like vray and use displacement for ground covers and grass. I also use treefactory and convert to vray proxies. Another supplier of trees is showcased on this site quite often. www.bionatics.com Good Luck, Robert Good.
vodka79
Prior to the question, i've seen a plug-in to place landscapes or people on image automatically to scale. But i've forgotten where i've seen that, is there any kind soul who might want to share it out?
