pipjor
is there a way for an object to take on the new dimensions after scaling it??? I have a spline from AutoCad that represents the centerline of a Interstate Road, i had to scale it up 1200% to get to get it in the proper dimmensions(thanks Brian Smith), now i'm going to loft this spline to create my road suface. I create my accurate spline profile for the loft 36' wide but when i loft this 36' profile to my scaled sline the profile scales up and is no longer 36'. So my question is there a way to make my spline not remeber it has ever been scaled 1200.. thanks,
Chad Warner
In the utilities menu there is a "reset xform" button that will reset the scale/movement/rotation of an object. That should work for you.

Brian Smith
You can also go to Spline subobject mode within the shape and scale down the shape. That's not the better way but just an FYI.
