i have had To actually use This website before for rated details, etc

Try http://www.USG.com. They publish a handbook full of typical details for all types of conditions and fire ratings. I couldn't find them after a quick search at their site, but I know they are there somewhere.

I know you said you already have it, but fore future reference, the Gypsum Association has the hand book with their proprietory assemblies (and U.L. if applicable I believe) that most jurisdictions will accept as certified assemblies and they are listed with a 'GA' before a number.
