vine - 3d flowing plants needed

I have 2 projects I'm designing that incorporate long horizontal planters, where we intend to plant vines or flowing plants that will grow up and over, hanging down the front.

 

I was really hoping for a 3d model of something like this, but havent found anything yet.

 

The only 2d map that kinda works is this free one from got3d: http://store.got3d.com/products/12-vine-textures/index.html

 

Has anyone seen anthing else that may work, especially in 3d?

All you need to do is create a surface or volume that mimics the shape of the vegetation and scatter the leaf of your choice on it.
