Aaron2004
Hello... I'm starting to move from exterior to interior renderings which means that I need some furniture! I would like to just get a package of a lot of traditional American furniture... I'm looking at Intero Visuals. It seems to be exactly what I need...but I woudn't mind finding some other all-encompassing packages. (Beds, Kitchens, etc). Any advice? Also...besides buying them piece by piece at turbosquid or something...does any company make any models of odds and ends to go in shelves...you know, like books, plates for tables, a fruit bowl, etc? Some of these I can model...but if I can buy 20 or so decorations for 50 bucks it might be worth it. Thanks! Aaron
mahorela
the most popular products on this site are undoubtedly the Evermotion libraries. http://www.evermotion.org
fac311
ikea got a bunch of good stuff but you got to build it yourself and then trying to get in the computer is a bitch.
Aaron2004
Yeah...I thought about the overmotion libraries...but I don't need dozens of different types of beds, really. They don't seem to have mixed packages. I can't find them, anyways.

Ernest Burden III
There was a really good collection being peddled by a Russian guy that I think the VisMasters store now carries. Check that out.

landrvr1
....or being as you are a 3D modeler, maybe you could model your own? Bet that never occured to anyone. ...or, being that he's a visualizer maybe he could just pay for the furniture objects and write them off as a business expense - thereby allowing him to continue working on renderings to pay the bills? You know, just a thought...
Aaron2004
Yeah...I can model them, but my main job is actually design, not visualization...which means I REALLY don't have time for modeling. Thanks for those links, though! Aaron

Kris_Lee
Yeah I didnt think he said anything bout being into visualization.... so ... ...my only problem is that some people take those models and render the scene and pass the whole thing off as their own. I know at my job I have to design, model and render the project so just figured he was the same. Guess you got lucky. All you have to do is render! Brian Smith
Intero visuals is the best mixed/complete collection i've ever seen. Personally, unless you do it everyday, I would never suggest trying to build furniture yourself for own projects. It's a specialty type of work. The guy that built the intero collection can build the stuff at least 10 times faster than me.
