Union, select first object and second object ok I have a new object Then I try to union this new object with a 3rd one and everything disappears ... ??? Anyone got an idea on solving this This is what I get : Command: _union Select objects: 1 found Select objects: 1 found, 2 total Select objects: Null solid created - deleted Thx T. Hazdaz Posted December 2, 2006 Share Posted December 2, 2006 Let me guess.... one (or maybe all) of those objects have funky curved or angles... possibly even compound curved? Or is atleast one of those objects very thin or come to a razor's edge? How about teeny, tiny little features on a relatively large part (like say a .001 inch wide opening on a part that is many feet in length)? All those things above cause "issues" with AutoCAD's solid modeler. Sometimes it can crash. Sometimes it can just make the object disappear... but that is really rare. Try Auditing the file before you do your 2nd Boolean operation. (or post pics of the objects - that can help) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
