FancyPants
This may be a simple fix, but the solution is not obvious to me... Is it possible to manually clip a Vray Physical Camera like you would a Standard Camera? Thanks!
jvlive
I may not be sure of my answer but i think physical camera is supposed to simulate a real world camera... which means no clipping.
Christopher Nichols
I think there is talk of that feature possibly being added soon, but can't confirm that.
FancyPants
Well, I hope so. Having real world parameters on a camera is great, but removing a simple and fundamental cg tool like clipping doesnt make sense. why not have the best of both worlds? tedesco
I have a work around...well, in some cases. I unclick "visible to camera" in the object properties menu. If I have a wall blocking my way it usually works.
Crazy Homeless Guy
straight from the chaos forums... Clipping planes for the physical camera have been added to RC4. Best regards, Vlado
