shikodesign2000
Hi, I've made a color test for my present project, and when I put blue fabric on the floor, the white walls turn blue, I think this's for "color bleeding" effect. My question is: how can I control " color bleeding" in vray? and is there any other reason that makes the walls turn blue? Thanks so much.. Nic H
Right Click - Vray properties - put Generate GI on a lower value like 0.7 or lower. This shpuld reduce bleed.

I have had the same problem but doing what you say there seems to just make what ever you turn the GI down on darker?
Craig Ramsay
Try lowering the saturation value located in the Indirect Illumination rollout
Christopher Nichols
If you work in LWF (the proper way to light), you will get the correct amount of color bleeding. If you don't your darks will be very saturated, hence it will look like there is too much color bleeding.

Craig Ramsay
Oh and if you are working in V-ray 1.5 you have the option to use a V-ray override material on the floor too so plenty of solutions to your problem.
