sweet....

been staring at the pics for a couple of minutes now, and its very hard to find anything to complain about...

at first I thought the background was too desaturated, but now I think its perfect cause it makes you focus on the interior.

the only thing that bugs me (a little) is the huge couch. The model, texture and light is excellent, I just dont like the design.

but thats just my opinion - so forget it.

excellent work!

I can't notice anything 'wrong', but what I am not sure about is how the furniture blends with the floor. Maybe it was spec'd this way, but I'd try to add a little contrast to either the floor or the furniture.

i.e. make the Jacobson's darker, with some specular highlights (they are quite shiny in real life), and/or the floor, and make the couch darker/lighter.

No biggy, though.

Nice images.

Well, Jack, I've already seen these short before you posted here, but I have to say they look really, really good. Only design issues, but they're mostly personnal stuff (such as those old weird puffs of yours :ngelaugh: ). Anyway, I was just wondering...why not replace the blinds with some nice fabric curtains? That would be a nice exercise (either for modelling and texturing, for you could use some transluscence or SSS)and would, imho, make no harm to the design itself.
